Goals:
● Create the first master trails plan for Haines.
● A major goal of this project is to improve working relationships with key land management agencies including Alaska Mental Health Trust, University of Alaska, Alaska State Parks, Haines State Forest, Haines borough.
● Heighten awareness of the value of trails, create a map of existing trails, and elicit community feedback on where new trails are desired, define trail management objectives and maintenance plans.
