The Seafood Trade Relief Program (STRP) is providing up to $530 million in direct support for commercial fishermen. Support is based on the net quantity of the applicant’s share of the total production of caught and sold seafood from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019. Pricing is on a per pound basis and reflects the estimated impact of trade disruptions to the seafood industry.

Salmon: $0.16
Crab (Dungeness): $0.47
To apply: Download forms CCC-916, CCC-902I, & CCC-941 through a Google search. Fill out & sign the forms. Fishermen operating as a partnership, LLC or other entity must also complete form CCC-901. Email completed forms to Erin.Sturdivant@usda.gov.
HEDC is available Tuesday-Friday from 9am to 4pm to help local fishermen with the submission of their Seafood Trade Relief Program applications.
