HEDC board meeting – intent to amend bylaws

Per HEDC’s Bylaws Article XV., this serves as 30 days written notice of the intention to amend Bylaws, Article V, Section 2, Meetings, to correspond to the FY19 Memorandum of Understanding between HEDC and the Haines Borough. A meeting agenda will be posted closer to the meeting date.
